Almost fantastic stay

Everything is awesome. Everything!

The breakfast ran until 10:30. Vi arrived 45 mins brgore and paid the same as everyone else. But it wasnt restocked! Also, much of the stuff that was available had clearly been lying there for hours and should have been replaced. That is not fitting for a 5-star hotel that charges so much for their breakfast. So we felt they had cheated us out of our mpney the first day. Tje second day we came earlier and breakfast was fantastic. But come on! Its a 5 star hotel: apply yourself until you are off duty. You have paying guests, sp please restock your breakfast and monitor the buffet so it doesnt contain stale stuff. Please!

Amazing staff, lovely room, great pool. The best pillows ever - but there's a pillow menu if you want something different.

The gym is in a separate building and is a bit annoying to use compared to a normal hotel gym.

Great stay in the centre of HCMC

We booked a two bedroom suite for a family of three which was on the 20th floor. It was really clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need, including a free mini bar. The property is in an excellent location in the shopping mall, close to all the top sites. The gym and pool are excellent, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

There are only two lifts which for such a large hotel occasionally means you are waiting but not for very long.

Pleasant enough

The property offers on each floor coffee tea and a few snacks at 2 pm each day brilliant idea. The rooms were fabulous except for the air conditioning was to cold and we couldn’t get it fixed even after the technician was there. The swimming pool is shared and you are not able to get WiFi which is a real drama should fix that.

Fully enjoyed the stay in HCMC. Design-driven hotel combining modernity and tradition.

Overall experience was great. The staff was very kind, helpful and problem solvers as soon as they were needed. I like the variety of the breakfast menu, mixed with western and Vietnamese traditional food. Location is perfect for work-related trips.

Very pleasant stay in the heart of the city centre/shopping mall! Would recommend and will visit again soon!

Very clean modern/chic and comfortable room, good facilities (pool, sauna, pantry), attentive staff members, complimentary refills, additional items requests & services can be done from the hotel app, convenient, good location, hotel is within a shopping centre that have plenty of restaurants and shops!

Hotel lobby lack some outside atmosphere, feels too quiet. Hopefully more guests will visit soon and it will make the hotel feels more lively.

Perfect stay!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great. The entire hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was surprisingly quiet, considering it is in the middle of the city, and the room had the best hairdryer I’ve used in a hotel.

newly open hotel with great location!

it a very new property everything is really new and clean. The staff are really attentive granted it’s not a very busy hotel. The room is really clean and good space and the location of the hotel is within the mall, takashimaya so it good for shopping and getting food. Also hotel location is really good near tourist attractions.

the location of the hotel is a bit confusing and because it located inside a mall the door where taxi drop off is a short few meters away so there is no porter to help you with the luggage.

Best for location and boutique hotel experience

The hotel is located in the midst of a mall, surrounded by all the famous shopping areas and happening squares, walking streets and buildings. The hotel is a typical boutique design hotel. They surprised us with a complimentary mini bar which is replenished every day and unlimited access to the pantry on every floor having tea/coffee machine, fruits, cookies, microwave etc which was a very nice gesture on the hotel's part. The breakfast spread and menu selection was world class! The shower was very good and easy to use, in fact one of the best I have come across in spite of staying in at least 100+ hotels till date.

The room was a bit tight on storage for 2 people and space allocation/furniture choices are not appropriate. Side tables are impractical, no space to keep 2nd suitcase, even on request staff did not provide a luggage rack or a stool! The room & toilet lighting is also not properly designed. I guess the hotel has taken design flair over practicality a bit too far. The way basin tap is fixed in the side instead of the centre of basin which would have been ideal to use explains the hotel owner's/designer's choice of style over substance ️ the fixed sofa along the glass window area in room is another wrong choice which makes the room space inflexible and less spacious than actually it is! Useless bits of lighting and furniture furnishing pieces are unnecessarily have been spent on rather than putting a thought on what a traveller would need to make his stay more comfortable.

One of the best hotels I stayed

Definitely rank this central city hotel one of the best in the world. Excellent customer service. All staff in every department of the hotel was friendly and helpful. They all have great attention to detail and they are very understanding. Wonderful rooms and facilities. Biggest gym in HCM. Great pool with great view. Rooms was awesome, modern, comfortable and sound proof. Even though we are located central but you cannot hear any of the street noisy or clubs around. Located strategically in the shopping mall. Delicious breakfast menu. One of the best breakfast buffet I had in my life. Worth every dollar spent in this hotel. I am going to stay this hotel again when I am back in HCM. 100% recommending to anyone who is going to HCM.

Everything was awesome. You get what you paid for and it was worth every dollar spent in this hotel. I would recommend 100% to anyone going to Ho Chi Minh city. New facilities. This owners invested well into this project.
